I carve several styles from my shop in Sparta, Illinois: horizontal on a full log (starts at $210), vertical on a full log with nubs (starts at $180), and plenty of in-between. Farm names, last names, shop signs, welcome pieces — letters cut into real wood, not printed on a board.
